Kristen Jindra is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who earned a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University. Counseling is a journey towards healing and an opportunity to make positive changes in your mental and overall health. She seeks to create a safe and supportive environment to promote healing and growth. Kristen is here to walk with you on your journey and provide the support necessary to heal.
Kristen uses a variety of therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and client centered therapy. She focuses on providing different approaches and interventions to fit the needs of each individual client. Kristen has experience counseling individuals with anxiety and mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma and LGBT issues. She is passionate about providing a nonjudgmental and compassionate environment for clients to explore their issues and achieve their goals. When not in the office, Kristen volunteers time to others in need with her therapy dog and often explores the beauty of nature either by walking with her dog, running or cycling.
